Richard K. Archi, Senior Associate, Latin American Affairs and Corporate Citizenship
Experience: Thirty-five years in bilateral and multi-lateral economic development activities at senior levels of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Former U.S. Senior Foreign Service Officer, Minister Counselor, and Division Chief at IDB. Extensive overseas duty in Latin America as well as Asia and Africa.

Richard K. Orth, COL USA (ret.) – Senior Associate, African Affairs
Experience: Retired African Foreign Area Officer (26 years military service) with assignments in Joint Chiefs of Staff; Defense Intelligence Agency; Department of State (advisor to Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs). Industry experience with AECOM, SOC International Diplomacy and Defense, Ambessa Solutions (General Manager). Extensive in-country experience at all levels of government throughout Africa.

J. Craig Reed, Ph.D., RBP – Senior Associate, Laboratory Risk Management
Experience: More than 15 years’ experience with international scientific community in biological safety, containment laboratories, epidemiological surveillance. Extensive experience in East Asia, Central Asia,, and Former Soviet Union. Frequent adviser to ministers of health, agriculture, emergency situations, and defense. Four years service, U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

Robert L. Smith – Senior Associate, International Program Management
Experience: Twenty years’ experience in all facets of international program management, including business development, operations, and contracting on both commercial and U.S. Government programs. Significant experience in West Africa, Central Asia, and other emerging economies. Retired U.S. Army infantry officer (West Point graduate) with service in special operations. Three advanced degrees. Holds active Top Secret security clearance.

William W. Wright – Senior Associate, Public Health and Emergency Preparedness Programs

Retired U.S. Army officer, former Director of Emergency Preparedness for the State of Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, and former senior executive at two leading applied research organizations. Stephen J. Zolock, PMP – Senior Associate, International Business Operations

Opened and registered international offices, screened and hired local national staff, and ensured full legal and regulatory compliance. Developed and oversaw in-country sourcing and logistics. Extensive project management experience in complex international disarmament programs. Former Deputy J-2, Joint Special Operations Command.
